The Employment Team
The team advises employers and senior individuals across a wide range of sectors, handling:
* Restructures and reorganisations
* TUPE matters
* Discrimination and whistleblowing cases
* Restrictive covenant disputes
* HR advisory and strategic employment support
The Role
You will:
* Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
* Advise on contracts, policies, HR issues, and settlement agreements
* Support senior lawyers on complex or high‑value matters
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Contribute to seminars, workshops, and business development initiatives

About You
* 2+ PQE Solicitor with experience across both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
* Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
* Proactive, collaborative approach
* Commitment to delivering excellent client service
