Key responsibilities: Develop and continually improve our digital-first funnel-led acquisition in line with our growth plan for the InsideJapan and Inside Asia brands Experiment, have fun, try stuff, play with analogue, Focus on fostering genuine connection with our customers Look for, learn from and share insights Lead and develop a high-performing acquisition and retention team What we are looking for from you: Proven experience growing a business through marketing An ability to see the big picture, help others to see the big picture and, most importantly, understand how everything fits together (within the business, within the marketing approach) Experience creating/ optimizing a funnel-led marketing approach, an appreciation of the messy middle and tactical ways to shorten a buyer journey Hands-on experience managing agencies and in-house experts on strategy and execution across PPC, SEO, email and social Great management skills and the ability to motivate and excite a team Experience with pooling data from multiple platforms, especially Google Analytics, CRM, and Power BI dashboards to develop comprehensive and reporting that drives decision making.
