Who are you?
* Experience in Grounds Maintenance is essential.
* A confident individual with good people management skills.
* Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic.
* Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
* Good IT knowledge.
* Must have a full, clean driving licence.
* PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
* Awareness of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
* Reliable, conscientious, and able to work on your own initiative.

* Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
* Take responsibility for on-site work, including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
* Lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain discipline.
* Operate and oversee the use of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and routine servicing are recorded.
* Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
