Service Advisor Required in Croydon - Franchised Car Dealer
1. Pay: £32k Basic + £8k OTE
2. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday only

Benefits of this Service Advisor role include:
3. Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
4. Potential to earn an OTE of up to £40,000 per year
5. Uncapped upselling bonus worth up to £8,000 annually
6. CSI bonus of £400 per quarter
7. 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
8. Additional overtime paid at x1.50
As a Service Advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:
9. Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers professionally
10. Managing service bookings and repairs efficiently
11. Upselling relevant products and services to maximise workshop profitability
12. Accurately updating e-job cards using CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link systems
13. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strive to meet dealership targets
14. Maintaining excellent communication with workshop and parts departments
15. Managing a high-volume customer throughout of approximately 25 to 30 customers per day
Requirements for this Service Advisor role will have:
16. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
17. Proven ability to upsell and exceed targets
18. Strong organisational and communication skills
19. Competence in using dealership software such as CDK, Kerridge, or 1 Link
20. Punctuality and a professional attitude
21. A client-focused approach with the ability to engage effectively with customers
