NPD / Product Development Manager role within a category leading healthy food brand

Location: Dorset (office based)

Salary: £45-50k plus package

* This person will lead new and existing product development (NPD & EPD) bringing the product pipeline to life


The role:

* We are seeking an experienced product development manager to lead the development of NPD and improve the existing range
* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure innovation plans are delivered in line with business strategy
* Develop product concepts and manage the 5 year innovation pipeline


Ideal candidate:

* Food related degree qualification
* NPD experience within an FMCG environment
* Experience of developing a product pipeline
* Knowledge of the stage gate process
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Organised and time management
* Results driven
* Passionate about food!
