The Opportunity
* Positions available from Assistant to Director level
* Established and respected consultancy specialising in neighbourly matters
* Strong pipeline of confirmed instructions into 2026 and beyond
* Exposure to both high end residential and complex commercial schemes
* City of London office location
* Hybrid working model typically 2 or 3 days per week in the office
The team works across a diverse and high quality project portfolio, including prime residential refurbishments, large scale mixed use developments, and complex commercial cut and carve schemes. The variety of work is a consistent highlight, supported by a robust and reliable flow of new instructions.
About You
* Demonstrable experience in Party Wall Surveying is essential
* Confident advising under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Motivated to develop within a specialist consultancy environment
Salary Guide
Salary and level will reflect the experience and value you bring to the business. As a guide:
* Assistant up to £40k
* Surveyor up to £50k
* Senior Surveyor up to £65k
* Associate up to £75k
* Associate Director up to £90k
* Director up to £120k
