Warehouse Operative – Letchworth
Newstaff Employment is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established company in Letchworth. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving goods, preparing orders, and maintaining an organised warehouse environment. Therefore, this is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career within a busy warehouse setting.
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute break)

Key Responsibilities
Receive and check incoming stock deliveriesPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatchLoad and unload goods safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environmentOperate warehouse equipment safely and correctlyCarry out stock handling and storage dutiesFollow company health and safety procedures at all timesSupport colleagues with general warehouse tasks when requiredEssential Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essentialAbility to carry out manual handling dutiesGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctual attitudeGood communication skillsFlexible approach to workBasic IT skills would be an advantageWhy Join?
