Join to apply for the Occupational Therapist role at West London NHS Trust
Come and work in the Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) as an occupational therapist (OT) and be part of a supportive and welcoming team in Hounslow. Our service was developed around the Community Mental Health Framework and the Step Care Model, to support working age adults, including transitions from CAMHS, with a mental and physical health diagnosis to live independently in the community. From April 2025 we have moved to borough based partnerships, which means more integration with the primary care network, physical health, social care, voluntary, community and social enterprises, housing, police and probation.
As an OT, you will be able to use your core skills to address our service users’ physical and mental health needs to participate in meaningful activities and routines that support their health and wellbeing. You will gain experience in co‑production and case management through developing care and safety plans and risk assessments.
