Role Purpose
We’re looking for an early careers data-driven HR Analyst to join Avis Budget Group and help shape the future of HR analytics. You’ll play a key role in turning data into insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and building our HR data capabilities from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse HR data and create insightful reports using Tableau and Power BI
* Support development of the HR Data Lake and scalable data processes
* Integrate and automate data from multiple sources
* Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to HR stakeholders
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through KPI analysis
* Contribute to process improvements and enhance HR analytics capabilities
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel
* Strong data analysis, ETL, and data management skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft tools (e.g. SharePoint, Power Platform)
* Recent degree or equivalent, in relevant field
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
