Job Description
* The Business Analyst will engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive solution delivery.
* This role supports project teams in analyzing data, documenting processes, and enhancing business performance through technology initiatives.
* This is a hands‑on, client‑facing opportunity with exposure to both finance and IT transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities / Required Skillset
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring clarity on project objectives and deliverables.
* Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states.
* Solution Development: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
* Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision‑making and provide actionable insights into business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.
* Project Management Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within budget. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders using tools such as JIRA.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and project plans, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
* Training and Support: Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
* Educational & Professional Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Good‑to‑Have Skills: Technical Skills: SQL, .NET, API integration knowledge. Familiarity with IT systems and processes, including finance‑related systems, to support technology‑driven business transformations.
* Experience: Hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst in finance, IT, or technology transformation projects is preferred.
