This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing service department, supporting the coordination of workshop and field service operations across a range of leading construction equipment brands. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage service job cards/work orders from start to completion Schedule workshop and field service engineers efficiently Act as the first point of contact for service enquiries Provide customers with updates on repair progress and timelines Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability for jobs Process invoices, purchase orders, and job costing information Submit and manage warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements Maintain accurate service records and documentation What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a service administration, engineering, or automotive environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with dealer management systems i...
