About the Role
This is a structured 12-18 month development programme designed to give you a comprehensive understanding and practical experience across all areas of a successful food and beverage business. You will work hands-on in departments such as Clocktower Brasserie, Horto Restaurant, and our Meeting and Events team. You will be fully immersed in Rudding Park's culture and industry operations.
You will receive one-on-one mentoring with regular feedback and participate in monthly graduate trainee team meetings. You will also complete departmental objectives and a practical assignment aligned with your placement. Throughout the year, you will attend relevant training courses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Complete all departmental objectives to Rudding Park standards.
* Take a proactive, hands-on approach, setting an example for others.
* Participate actively in all training courses attended.
* Demonstrate Rudding Park's core values.
* Manage your own time and coordinate with Heads of Department professionally.
About You
You should have a passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for the industry. You must hold a UK/EU passport or be eligible to work in the UK. Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred but not essential. The programme can be tailored to your current experience, passion, and willingness to take responsibility. Minimum educational requirement is A Levels or equivalent, such as a Higher Education Qualification.
