Service Advisor required in Inverness Area:
1. Salary: Up to £34,320 per annum DOE
2. OTE: Around £40,000 with bonus potential
3. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
4. No weekend working

We’re recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and professional service department in the Inverness area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their role and managing the front-of-house experience within a thriving automotive environment.

Responsibilities for this Service Advisor role:
11. Welcome customers and manage vehicle service bookings
12. Handle incoming calls and emails, keeping customers updated on progress
13. Prepare job cards and order required parts for upcoming work
14. Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the workshop
15. Clearly explain repairs, costs, and service recommendations to customers
16. Maintain high standards of customer care and dealership professionalism
Requirements for this Service Advisor position:
17. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing position within the automotive industry
18. Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
19. Friendly, trustworthy and able to build strong relationships with customers and team members
20. Keen to take ownership of the department and ensure efficient daily operations
21. Full Right to Work in the UK required – sponsorship is not available
