* Participate in menu changes alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
* Serve fresh, modern cuisine with seasonal ingredients that change regularly.
* Work with a team of highly experienced Chefs who share your passion for quality food.
* Coordinate daily tasks with the Head Chef and communicate effectively with the brigade.
* Prepare frequently used ingredients to high standards of presentation.
* Ensure efficient service and bring energy to the team.
* Manage your own station and suggest new ways of presenting dishes.
* Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
* Support your team and multitask during service, thinking quickly on your feet.
* Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
