This is a player/manager role where you'll lead from the front while building and developing a high-performing sales team.You'll manage a team of 2, with potential to grow to 3-4 team members as the business scales. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with team development, requiring someone who can drive sales performance while enjoying the challenge of building and motivating others.This role offers significant autonomy and growth potential in a rapidly expanding health tech company.
