 
        The Lead Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) will lead and facilitate the implementation of the A-EQUIP model within the Trust. The model provides a continuous improvement process that builds upon personal and professional resilience, enhances quality of care for patients and supports preparedness for registrants in appraisal and professional revalidation. The Lead PNA will lead the PNA team to offer Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) as a support mechanism for registrants. Lead the team of PNAs ensuring they maintain a database to monitor all PNA activities and develop a robust communication strategy that ensures all PNAs are updated with current issues and best practice is shared Offer Restorative Clinical Supervision (RCS) on an individual or group basis Enable registrants to be responsible and accountable for their actions and behaviours by creating a safe space to think, feel, reflect utilising the principles of RCS Contribute to the education and development of student registrants to ensure that they understand the role of the PNA and provide space for them to experience group reflection on nursing practice Be innovative and creative when determining strategies to improve quality of care and embed evidence-based practice Identify, collate, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform the development of reports regarding the process, impact and outcome of the PNA role and the A-EQUIP model See Job Description For Further Detail At the Dudley Group our patients and staff are at the heart of all that we do and that is to provide a world class service that aligns with our vision of “excellent health care, improved health for all”.
