Sous Chef - Tellers on The Shute Bude, Cornwall Tellers on The Shute is looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of Bude.
We are building a fresh-food restaurant with a relaxed French/British brasserie influence focusing on quality seasonal ingredients, classic techniques, and warm hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing independent restaurant with a strong focus on food, standards, and creativity.

The Role As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes and help lead the kitchen team day-to-day. Youll be involved in:
Service leadership
Training and mentoring junior chefs
Stock control and ordering
Maintaining high food hygiene standards
Menu development and seasonal specials
Were Looking For Someone Who: Has experience in a quality fresh-food kitchen
Is organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Has strong standards and attention to detail
