* Staff Nurse x 2 — 36 hours / week (part-time)
* Salary: £33,247- £41,424 per annum (pro-rata)
* Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays) pro-rata
* Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts – Day (07.30-20.00), Night (19.30-08.00)

Day in the life
What you'll be doing: Reporting to the Senior Nurses, you can expect your working day to include the following:
* Providing excellent, holistic, patient centred palliative care.
* Being part of a highly skilled and driven multi-disciplinary team, including Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Pharmacist, Social work, chaplaincy and volunteers.
* Medicine management, care planning and discharge planning.
* Assisting with personal care, nutrition and all activities of daily living.
* Working in a friendly, dynamic, positive and vibrant environment.
