What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Hygiene Team Leader
Leading the hygiene team in line with safety, quality and compliance standards
Ensuring equipment and working areas meet requirements pre-production
Planning and organising labour to meet targets and working time regulations
Delivering team briefs, tracking KPIs and resolving shift issues
Ensuring correct use of chemicals and adherence to SOPs
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site
What you’ll bring to the table as a Hygiene Team Leader
Previous team leadership experience within hygiene or industrial cleaning
Understanding of hygiene standards in food manufacturing environments
Experience working with chemicals and compliance procedures
Ability to work in cold environments with occasional heavy lifting
Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages beneficial
Working hours:
Sunday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Monday: 6:00am – 6:30pm
Tuesday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Wednesday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Thursday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
