Your role is crucial in creating a positive and professional impression of our company. Here's what you can expect: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile, making them feel at home. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously. Manage website mailbox and direct correspondence accordingly Manage appointment scheduling and ensure the reception area is tidy and inviting. Provide administrative support to various departments Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
