Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist @ CGI | Recruitment Strategy. At CGI, we’re driving the future of infrastructure transformation — from cloud modernisation to network innovation and DevOps evolution. As part of our delivery team, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling high-performing, Agile teams to deliver critical infrastructure programmes for major clients. This is an opportunity to foster collaboration, accelerate digital change, and shape the technology foundations that power tomorrow’s enterprise.
CGI was recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025 and named a UK ‘Best Employer’ by the Financial Times. We offer a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, and a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching) which makes you a CGI Partner, not just an employee. We are committed to inclusivity and a diverse tech community, including Armed Forces, and hold a Gold Award for the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant.
Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. This is a long-term role suited to individuals based in Gloucester who can commute daily to the client’s site five days per week.
