Job DescriptionTheatre Practitioner - ODP - ANAESTHETICS & RECOVERY (RGN / ODP)Bristol Hospital | Nursing | Permanent contract | Full time | Includes weekend workUp to £37,000 per annum depending on experience37.5 hours per week


Main duties of the job

Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionalsEnjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilitiesSupervise, support and develop junior members of staffCreate high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence basedInteract well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is keyDeliver high-quality care to patients in the anaesthetic and recovery phases of surgeryCollaborate with anaesthetists and surgical teams to prepare and monitor patients pre, during, and post-surgeryHave ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development
