Job responsibilities
As a Mental Health Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will provide high‑quality, compassionate care to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, ensuring assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining accurate records.
* Provide high‑quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users.
* Be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
* Provide mentorship and support to team members.
* Observe, record and report all service‑user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Skills and knowledge
* A relevant nursing qualification.

Location & setting
You will be working at Chesterfield House, a learning‑disability and autism service at Newark Road, North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, LN6 9SP. The service offers small‑group or single‑person environments designed to replicate ordinary living settings, aiming to develop independent living skills.
