This role is largely remote with one day a week required in the office.
We are delighted to partnering with a European leading pure play business (£50M turnover) and growing business as they look to appoint a Digital Acquisition Manager in a key hire for the Digital team.
If you are driven by growth, this is a role with real influence. You will take full ownership of new customer acquisition for a major digital channel, managing significant budgets and working closely with best in class agencies to deliver measurable results. Reporting to the Digital Director, you will shape strategy, lead optimisation and have the autonomy to test, learn and push performance forward.
This role requires a strong operator across digital acquisition channels although just to advise this role will be closely managing an agency who will be responsible for all delivery.
What you will be responsible for
• Leading the acquisition strategy across key digital channels
• Managing high performance campaigns and meaningful budgets to drive profitable new customer growth
• Working closely with agency and platform partners to stay ahead of trends and unlock new opportunities
• Analysing performance and turning insight into action
• Ensuring journeys convert effectively through collaboration with Product and Sales
• Reporting progress and influence key commercial decisions
Who we are looking for
• Strong experience in digital acquisition and performance marketing
• Skilled across core channels such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok
• Confident managing agencies and budgets and making data led decisions
• Able to collaborate, influence and communicate clearly
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on improvement and results
