The role of Receptionist will include:
1. Providing managers, staff and security with clear guidance, information, and practical advice on reception services to ensure compliance with Group policy and relevant legislation
2. Assisting in the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers
3. Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to ensure excellent customer services are consistently delivered
4. Delivering, improving, and maintaining effective and efficient administration systems to support delivery of services in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant regulations
Skills and experiences:
5. Previous experience of undertaking a similar role providing excellent customer care
6. Some experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
7. Ability to stay calm and collected in emergencies
8. Good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
9. Basic Microsoft Word and Excel

22. Role salary is £22,993 per annum (rising to £24,203 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
