Chef requirements:
* Experience in a busy kitchen environment at a head chef level
* Positive attitude
* Great knowledge of pastry and working in a busy restaurant
* Dedication to working in a busy, stressful but fun environment
* Self-motivation and being able to support your colleagues
* Prepping your section for busy service
* Maintaining general kitchen cleanliness
* Maintaining a high level of food and hygiene standards
* Maintaining high standards service and food quality
* Maintaining high level of productivity to obtain smooth service
