The role involves working on various projects requiring security clearance, focusing on antenna design, development, and testing. Candidates will collaborate with technical experts and have opportunities for career growth into specialist or leadership roles, with training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop existing products and research new solutions for platforms.
* Use EM simulation tools like CST Microwave Studio and FEKO for analysis and optimization.
* Design and develop antenna/radome systems and related components.
* Assess system compatibility and present findings through reports and presentations.
* Provide technical guidance and promote best practices.
Essential Requirements:
* Degree in STEM (Physics, Mathematics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, etc.).
* Experience or education in Electromagnetics, RF design, antenna modeling, or CEM.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex topics.
Desirable Skills:
* Master’s or PhD in related fields.
* Knowledge of EM modeling tools like CST Microwave Studio.
* Programming skills (MATLAB preferred).
* Experience with antenna measurements and equipment.
