P&M Custom Clothing is a family-run business specialising in high-quality branded workwear, embroidered garments, and custom clothing for businesses across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a varied role that plays an important part in ensuring our customers receive a smooth and professional experience from order through to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing customer orders received via email and phone with accuracy and efficiency.
* Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries.
* Processing invoices while maintaining high levels of data accuracy.
* Liaising with suppliers to resolve delivery queries and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Maintaining and updating sales records, customer details, and order tracking systems.
* Keeping up to date with new products, promotions, and company updates.
* Working closely with the production team to support stock updates, returns, and order progress.
* Occasionally assisting with customer outreach during quieter periods.
* Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including reporting and ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who shares our values of teamwork, reliability, and putting the customer first.
You will ideally have:
* Outstanding attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
* Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar office-based/contact centre role.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* A proactive and positive attitude.
* Experience with using Xero is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
