We are supporting a company based in Basildon with recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor. This is an office-based position working full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, paying £23,800 - £24,500 DOE. The company is passionate about delivering excellent service, so successful candidates must be customer-focused, results-driven, and aligned with their values.
Duties include:
1. Accurately log helpdesk tickets related to IT issues.
2. Respond to customer calls and emails, handling queries and issues effectively.
3. Support the wider team with administrative tasks.
