What You Will Do Assess and support adults in the community who have No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). Work with adults facing complex challenges including mental health needs, substance misuse, and homelessness. Complete strengths-based assessments and develop personalised care and support plans. Manage a complex caseload and deliver timely, outcome-focused interventions. Undertake safeguarding enquiries and crisis interventions when required. Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams to deliver coordinated support. Maintain accurate, high-quality case records using digital case management systems.
