This includes selecting yarns, threading machines, and inputting data or selecting software for specific patterns. Quality Control: Monitor production processes and inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. Identify and segregate any defective products or material faults. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform first-line preventative maintenance, such as cleaning and oiling machines, and changing needles or other components. Identify and resolve minor machine issues promptly to minimize downtime. Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete work records, production logs, and reports. Follow all health and safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
