Murphy is recruiting for an Administrator/Support Coordinator to work within the Finance team at our Uxbridge Moor Project - SL0 0ED. This is a site-based role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering key financial processes and administrative activities to support the project. Working in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and organizational skills are crucial.
A day in the life of a Murphy Administrator/Support Coordinator
1. Execute key finance and project processes such as raising requisitions, GRN orders, and reporting status related to ordering materials, resources, and plant.
2. Collaborate with Site Managers on weekly paid and agency labour processes, including timesheet collection, coding, and overtime requests.
3. Utilize the chosen accounting system for processing transactions and generating reports.
4. Run weekly management order reports, review them, and attend meetings with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor as needed.
5. Identify and escalate issues related to process compliance on-site that could impact financial accuracy.
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and sharing best practices within the team.

* Experience in the construction industry or similar is beneficial.
* Strong relationship-building skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with systems.
