Requirements:
Minimum of one years experience as a Chef de Partie or higher with a strong and reliable skill set
Ability to manage any section confidently and maintain high standards.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with speed, consistently delivering high-quality results with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen procedures, and labelling standards.
Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Clean chef uniform and your knives on sites.
