The actual job:
We’re looking for an Account Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) to join Jam Pan and build trusted client partnerships that create real impact, for our clients, and for our business.
From day one, you’ll work closely with organisations to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, helping shape smart learning and capability solutions that genuinely move things forward.
You’ll also collaborate with a bunch of wonderfully clever humans across Programme Success, Partnerships, Talent, UX, and Technology, bringing ideas together in ways that feel joined-up, thoughtful, and refreshingly un-corporate.
Your mission:
* Build trusted client relationships that feel like partnerships, not transactions
* Understand what clients need deeply, the challenge behind the challenge
* Spot opportunities for growth, upsell, and added value in a natural, human way
* Use insight, data, and commercial instinct to make smart recommendations
* Keep client experience brilliantly high, from first conversation to long-term delivery
* Identify risks early, solve problems calmly, and keep momentum moving
* Work closely with internal teams to shape solutions clients genuinely value
* Bring fresh thinking that helps improve how we manage and grow accounts across Jam Pan
