Base Pay Range
Covering Leeds to Leicester Region.
About the Role
* Providing parachute support to Registered Managers when additional capacity or expertise is required.
* Delivering audits, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.
* Offering interim management cover in homes without a manager, ensuring consistency and high standards of care.
* Guiding and supporting staff teams to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
* In exceptional circumstances, may take on home registration responsibilities, though it is not an expectation of the role initially.
About You
* Significant experience in children's residential care, ideally as a Senior/Peripatetic Registered Manager or equivalent senior role.
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
* Ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services.
