Business Development Lead - HealthTech - New
Up to £35k + Hybrid Working - Bristol
A market-leader in the healthtech space requries a Business Development Lead to join its growing sales function.
Suitable candidates will have previoulsy worked within the healthcare sector and will have experience of the following:
* Generating sales leads in target markets, clients and products.
* Working closely with team to ensure all sales activities are coordinated and that appropriate information is shared.
* Co-ordinating all aspects of the sales pipeline so managing, recording, and assigning incoming opportunities
* Ensuring and coordinating the follow-up of enquiries in the sales funnel to maximise potential sales opportunities through to order, and processing orders.
* Creating proposals and quotations in response to client requests.
* Contributing to weekly sales meetings and owning all necessary reporting.
* Supporting the CEO in the presentation of services to clients.
The successul applicant will ideally have NHS or health sector sales experience couple dwith the following:
* Good interpersonal, communication and evident presentational skills, both written and oral to potential sales clients.
* Excellent MS Office and IT skills.
* Experience in using a CRM (ideally Monday).
* Team player with a pragmatic attitude.
* Self-starter with great determination and motivation to succeed.
* Good time management, organisational and planning skills.
