We're seeking a Training & Instructional Design Consultant to join a high-profile public sector organisation's Leadership Academy. In this key role, you'll lead the design and delivery of learning experiences that create an impact, drive performance and align with strategic objectives. About the Role: Working within a multidisciplinary design team, you'll take ownership of developing structured leadership programmes using recognised instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. From conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to producing lesson plans, assessments and quality assurance documentation, you'll play a critical role in shaping the leadership capability of a major institution.
