This is a role in the company's Toome office. This is a Monday - Friday position - Flexibility can also be offered - later start or early finish, a condensed four-day week, part-time hours, or similar.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to coordinate activities across production, safety, HR, and engineering; arrange transport; expedite orders; and assist with production planning. It's a varied and fast-paced position with plenty of scope for involvement across different areas of the business.
Typical Job duties would include:
1. Oversee the management of office facilities, ensuring all operations are efficient and compliant with health and safety standards.
2. Manage relationships with multiple service providers, ensuring high-quality services are consistently delivered.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related issues, including the operation and maintenance of office equipment (photocopiers, printers, telephony, video conferencing tools, and IT systems).
4. Maintain a proactive approach in managing office projects, prioritising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Manage the office schedule and correspondence.
6. Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
7. Organise and co-ordinate office wide / company wide events.
8. Provide additional administrative support to the management team as needed.
9. Help with employee orientation and training as needed.
10. Handle customer and vendor inquiries via phone, email and in person.
11. Keep the office, reception, common areas and boardroom organised and functional.
12. Prepare and print documents and electronic information as needed.
13. Coordinate with building management to address any issues with the office condition.
14. Receive/prepare large deliveries on a daily basis.
The Ideal Person
15. Experience in Office Manager role
16. Effective communication with people at different levels of the organisation.
17. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook and familiarity with various software applications.
18. Initiative, self-reliance and time management.
19. Awareness of business needs.
20. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
21. Previous office management experience desirable, though not essential.
