At Evolve Psychology Services, we empower our clinicians with the tools and support they need to focus on delivering exceptional care to children, young people, and their families. You will join a multidisciplinary team specialising in high-quality, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments, through both NHS-funded and private pathways. This role is part of our digital team and is a hybrid position with part-time and full-time options, requiring a minimum of three days a week.
Job responsibilities
* Contributing to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments to ensure timely, accurate diagnoses and improved outcomes for families.
* Completing remote developmental history interviews via Zoom with parents and carers.
* Collaborating in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, with senior clinician support where needed.
* Delivering clear, compassionate feedback to families and producing accurate clinical reports with the aid of smart tools.
* Meeting service KPIs and providing clinical supervision where applicable.
* Quality checking assessment reports and contributing to service development projects as needed.
* Travel to a clinic base to conduct in-person assessments (hybrid role).

Qualifications And Experience
* Must hold HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (e.g., Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychologist).
* Minimum of 1 year experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people.
* Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations.
* In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism and ADHD.
* Trained in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, etc.
* Effective time management and caseload organisation with ability to meet clinical deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in collaborative diagnostic discussions.
* Highly developed written language skills for high-quality clinical reports.
* Strong communication skills with children, young people, and families, ensuring compassionate, clear, and professional interactions.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
