Make a Difference Close to Home – Care Support Workers Needed in Wolverhampton

Lifeways is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Wolverhampton.
This is a 30-hour contracted role where full flexibility is required. You’ll be supporting adults with complex needs, in a service that makes a real and lasting impact on people’s lives.

Shift Patterns
Support is provided across seven days a week, with shifts including:
* 7:00am – 2:30pm
* 2:30pm – 10:00pm
* Long days: 7:00am – 10:00pm
Flexibility across these shift types is essential, including waking nights when required.
