The role
As the Product Manager you will be responsible for the strategic management of a designated timber product category, overseeing market/sector analysis, supplier relations, pricing, forecasting, and new product development.
This is a critical position within the Marketing team and offers the opportunity to significantly shape the commercial and operational performance of a key product segment in a fast-moving and competitive market.

The person
5+ years of experience in a product management, procurement, or commercial role, within a related B2B environment
Proven success in managing supplier negotiations, developing product strategies, and delivering commercial improvements
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, procurement/BI tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Car driver/UK licence holder
