The Successful Applicant
A successful CI Engineer should have :
* Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, particularly in engineering and manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
* A relevant qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
