Job Title: Plant Manager - Anaerobic Digestion Monday - Friday - Day Shift £65,000 Bonus Company Vehicle We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a anaerobic digestion facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the plant, delivering optimal biogas production, managing a small operations team, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all aspects of plant operations, maintenance, and performance. Monitor and optimise feedstock inputs, biogas yield, and digestate quality. Ensure strict compliance with environmental permits, HSE regulations, and company standards. Lead and develop a skilled team of technicians and operators. Coordinate plant maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors and suppliers. Analyse plant data and prepare operational reports. Drive process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives. What Were Looking For: WAMITAB certification or equivalent (or willingness to attain). Experience with SCADA/PLC systems and maintenance planning software. Knowledge of feedstock procurement or waste sector regulations.
