About the Role
Monday - Friday office based working (Stirling Head Office) - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).
* Planning, scheduling and monitoring multi-lingual translation projects.
* Sourcing and coordination of translators.
* Processing, formatting and QC checking of files.
* Communication with linguists.
* Administrative tasks including creating quotes and managing inboxes.
Who are we looking for
* A related degree or a minimum of 2 years project management/admin experience.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills.
* Ability to work on own and part of a team.
* Additional languages would be beneficial.
