Location: Bristol (Hybrid; 3 days per week onsite)
Salary: £60,000 to £90,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Clearance: Must hold active SC or DV clearance, or be fully eligible to undergo the vetting process

Key Responsibilities:
* Architect & Maintain: You'll focus on creating a stable technical foundation that can easily grow and adapt as projects evolve
* Automate Everything: Utilize tools like Ansible to eliminate manual toil and drive consistency.
* Performance Engineering: Monitor health metrics and proactively troubleshoot bottlenecks before they impact service.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside diverse engineering squads and stakeholders to refine CI/CD practices.
* Evolution: Continuously iterate on internal tools, systems, and reliability workflows.
Your Technical Profile

* SRE/DevOps Background: Proven experience in reliability engineering or infrastructure-focused roles.
* Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* IaC & Config Management: Skilled with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.
