Academics is working in partnership with a network of secondary schools in and around Northwich. We’re looking to expand our pool of reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Supply Teachers with QTS for day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and longer-term placements.
This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, variety, and work–life balance, while continuing to make a real difference in the classroom—without the ongoing pressure of planning and marking.
The Role:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons (your subject specialism used wherever possible)
* Provide general cover across other subjects when required
* Maintain positive behaviour and a productive learning environment
* Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings
We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in any secondary subject
* Teachers open to flexibility beyond their main specialism
* Strong classroom management and a professional, positive approach
* Confident, reliable, and adaptable practitioners
