Group Reporting Manager

This Group Reporting Manager role offers a rare chance to take ownership of group reporting in a complex, international business, while working fully remote in the UK. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a central role in strengthening reporting, consolidation and technical accounting as the organisation continues to scale.

How you'll make an impact
* Own the group consolidation process across a multi-entity, international structure
* Deliver accurate, timely group reporting and consolidated financial statements
* Lead on intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations
* Act as the technical accounting lead on accounting standards and complex judgements
* Partner with external auditors to manage audits and technical positions
* Support statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
* Contribute to covenant reporting and compliance within a PE-backed environment
* Strengthen group-level financial control, documentation and reporting processes
Why you're a great fit
Essential
* You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and technical accounting
* Background in practice or a technically focused Group Reporting Manager role in industry
* Proven exposure to international, multi-entity group structures
* Confident working with auditors and external tax advisers
* Comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership in a changing environment
Desirable
* Exposure to US entities or US GAAP
* Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth business
* Understanding of debt structures and covenant reporting
