We’re a fast-growing technology consultancy delivering end-to-end digital transformation projects, managed services, and expert staff augmentation across Europe.
We’re scaling quickly, and we’re looking for a dynamic individual who can support both our sales growth and our internal hiring efforts. We are based near Borough Market and want someone who can ideally work in the office at least 3 days per week.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role:
* 50% Administration: identifying target prospects and adding to our sales system for outreach
* 50% Internal Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent for our internal hiring.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that both our client pipeline and internal capability pipeline remain healthy and aligned with our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
🧩 Administration/ Sales Support (≈50%)
* Research and identify target clients and key contacts across priority sectors
* Build and maintain a prospect database / CRM of companies that align with our service offerings (consulting, managed services, staff augmentation).
👥 Internal Talent Acquisition (≈50%)
* Work with leadership teams to support internal hiring.
* Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, and manage the recruitment lifecycle (screen, schedule, coordinate feedback).
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
* Coordinate onboarding for new internal hires.
* Support employer branding initiatives (social media, events, internal comms).
Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
* At least 1 year experience in an office environment.
* Strong research and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
* Excellent communication skills and very personable (speaking and writing).
* Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
