We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
* Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests or concerns promptly.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Work schedule: Monday 4 hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.30 per hour
