Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and scale the sales function within the division.
* Manage two internal sales reports and build a culture of performance and accountability.
* Empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and consistent sales growth.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales management and business development.
* Experience in technical sales, ideally within building products, construction manufacturing or engineering.
* Success in coaching, training and developing high-performing sales teams.
* Able to commute to the office in Hertfordshire.
Benefits
* Salary up to £50,000 plus an uncapped bonus (potential OTE £62,000).
